Five things to sort
- Use the correct account. Follow the email sent to the address used for registration.
- Know your allocated city and sale time. Follow the exact instructions in your successful-applicant email.
- Choose your ticket hierarchy now. For example: preferred standing → alternative standing → preferred seated band → any acceptable seat.
- Set your maximum budget. Manchester's announced standard seated bands are £74.60, £107.60, £173.60, £206.60 and £266.60; standard standing is £173.60 or £206.60 including fees.
- Follow Ticketmaster's waiting-room instructions. Avoid unnecessary duplicate sessions or frantic refreshing.
